Gentle mindful movement, stretching, and supported restorative poses. These poses target the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. Slow everything down. Breathe. Calm and reset your entire body and mind. Sunday night candlelight. Thursday night candlelight and mindfulness.

A balanced and nurturing practice that will ground you in the present moment. Energize and rejuvenate in this transformative class. Yang poses emphasize strength and endurance, while Yin are slower-paced and held for longer periods of time. A lovely treat for your mind and body.
Inspired by Baptiste power vinyasa yoga, this challenging sequence is powerful and energetic. You will strengthen your body by moving from one pose to the next while connecting your breathing to your movements. You are encouraged to listen to the whispers of your body and go to your edge.
YET yoga offers over 40 classes in studio every month, as well as private and off-site group classes. Options include; unlimited monthly membership, punch passes, couples and drop-in rates. A portion of all proceeds are donated to the Kelowna Women's Shelter.
