Trained with the global leader and pioneer in the specialty arena of ADHD Coach Training and Education, ADDCA, is the first and largest fully accredited and comprehensive ADHD Coach Training Program.

At YET, my promise is to take you to Your Edge of Transformation.   Let’s keep it simple; inhale. exhale. transform.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a unique relationship.  I bring a holistic approach to my coaching practice (mind, body and heart).  With extensive business and volunteer experience (including Board Chair roles), a passion for personal and professional growth and development, inspiration and genuine care, I am always focused on empowering people to achieve their goals.

As a mother of a 12-year-old with ADHD, I understand the daily challenges, and how to work with a school team to advocate for ADHD support.

As an award winning HR Consultant, I work with leaders, business owners and individuals to embrace their own ADHD, and their employees', to thrive in the workplace.

Here are some examples of what I hear from my ADHD clients:

  • I don’t want to live in a cluttered house anymore

  • My daughter has ADHD and it’s affecting my relationship

  • I keep missing deadlines at work and am worried about losing my job

  • My son has 22 assignments that are overdue, and he's only in grade 7

How is ADHD showing up in your life?

  1.   Is your ADHD showing up in the workplace and affecting your performance on the job?

  2.   Are you a parent of a child with ADHD who doesn't have any friends?

  3.   Does your significant other wonder why you won't vacuum every week? Or do other chores?

  4.   Do you spend endless amount of hours playing computer games and just can't get motivated to do your homework?

  5.   Do you know why you've taken so many courses and read so many books, and haven't done anything with all that knowledge?

  6.   Is your house or office always messy and disorganized?  Paper piles are everywhere?

Do you want to make ADHD your superpower?

Embrace your ADHD as a unique benefit?

YET’s  approach to ADHD coaching:

Yearn  (learn more about your ADHD, how it shows up and its impact on your life)
