Rob is a senior human resources professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in the corporate environment and consulting field. His consulting experience has been in a broad spectrum of industries, including: financial, tourism, technology, entrepreneurial, forestry and not for profit. He has specialized in career and executive/personal coaching, restructuring and outplacement support, organizational change, and retirement planning.
Rob holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a Human Resources specialty, from Royal Roads University.
