Welcome and let’s start with a celebration!
Whether it was mindfulness, reflection, awareness, or simply an intention, something brought you here today. Congratulations on making an appointment with yourself and putting your needs and desires at the top of your list.
I am so grateful that you have chosen to consider YET coaching to be your partner on this journey. I look forward to learning more about you; what helps you rise and shine, what inspires you, what your perfect day is like, what calls you to action, what truly roots you and your random thoughts.
Together we will walk down a path of discovery; I will light it for you and help you remove what’s in the way. You will find deeper meaning from the world around you and gain clarity about who and what is important to you.
I’m excited and I know this is going to be fun. At YET, my promise is to take you to Your Edge of Transformation. Let’s keep it simple; inhale. exhale. transform.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a unique relationship. As a coach, I support you, the client, to reach your goals and create a life you want. Together, we discover what is possible. I will bring my experience, innate ability, intuition, education, inspiration and genuine care, to empower you to achieve your goals.
Here are examples of what I hear from business and individual clients:
I want to grow my business
I want to be able to speak in front of 150 people
I want to be more successful in life
I want to quit my job and teach guitar lessons
I want to become a better leader
I work too much and want to spend more time with my family
I want to write a book
If you would like to learn more about my coaching services, or have a no cost 30 minute consultation, please connect with me directly at info@GoToYourEdge.com or 250-808-0898.
I have completed the PQ Program (mental fitness) and support clients with identifying their saboteurs and cultivating a positive mind-set to improve productivity, creativity, engagement and overall happiness.
